Pathways for Young People
Lumina Pathway was created from a belief that every child deserves to feel safe, accepted, and supported. Led by founder and CEO Bianca Reyes, our leadership brings more than 17 years of experience serving children and families through childcare administration, child development, early education, school-age programming, family engagement, and community outreach.
Unlike traditional after-school programs, we focus on developing the whole child. By bringing academics, mentorship, creativity, leadership, life skills, recreation, and emotional well-being together in one welcoming environment, we help young people build confidence, character, independence, and hope for the future.

CEO & Founder of Lumina Pathways
Bianca Reyes leads Lumina Pathways with more than 17 years of experience serving children and families. Her professional background includes licensed childcare administration, child development, early childhood education, school-age programming, family engagement, and community outreach.
Her vision is to create a safe, welcoming environment where children receive academic support, meaningful mentorship, enriching experiences, and practical skills that help them grow with confidence.
